What's included in the 30-day trial?+
The full Growth plan — every feature, no credit card required. At the end you pick a plan or your workspace becomes read-only until you do.
Do you charge per employee?+
No. Pricing is a flat per-tenant subscription. Each tier includes a generous employee, grant, plan, and seat allowance; you only move up a tier when you outgrow it.
What happens when my trial ends?+
Your workspace switches to read-only. You keep full visibility of your data and can subscribe at any time to restore write access — nothing is deleted.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. A GDPR-compliant data export (one JSON file per table, in a ZIP) is available on every plan, including Free and during read-only mode.
Do you offer SSO?+
SAML single sign-on is included on Enterprise. OIDC is on the roadmap for Q3.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. There are no setup, onboarding, or implementation fees on any plan.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — cancel from Settings → Billing in a couple of clicks, no questions asked. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Is my data secure?+
Yes — tenant isolation via row-level security, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, an enforced audit trail, and SOC 2 in progress.
